It includes, but isn't limited to, lungs, spleen, kidneys, brain, livers, blood, bone, fatty tissue, & stomachs and intestines freed of their contents. Much to our relief, it does not include hair, horns, teeth & hoofs. Meat byproducts are not meat. They tin include almost any part of the other than meat. Because any mammal can be used, cheaper meats similar to horse, pig, or goat are often included.
Of course, whether it be Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Springfield city or East Lindsey .. it's all the same stuff.
Similarly, "poultry by-products" should not be confused with "chicken by-products." The origin bag be any fowl (turkeys, ducks, geese, buzzards, etc.), instead of a single source, similar to chicken.
